Veterinarians

Dr. Liz Russell graduated from Tufts Veterinary School in 1996 and has worked in many aspects of veterinary medicine. She worked for two years with horses in Pennsylvania, but decided to move back to Boston to be closer to friends and family. She worked in West Bridgewater for the next 9 years. For 5 years, she worked in an emergency and critical care clinic caring for pets with serious illness and trauma before switching to the general care arm of the practice where she practiced for 4 years.

Dr. Sainte, (previously known as Dr. Clark) first joined the Healthy Paws team as a technician back in 2012. Before working as one of our start technicians, she graduated from UConn with a B.S. in Animal Science in 2011 and then graduated from Tufts Veterinary School in 2015. After graduation she came back to Healthy Paws to work as one of our veterinarians. She enjoys time with her rescue dog and cat- Savannah and Molly. Her professional interests include feline, shelter, and internal medicine.

Dr. Fullerton graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She was always excited to be a general practitioner and spent her time focusing on internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry. She was the Bayer Communication Award recipient for her class and enjoys creating lasting relationships with her clients and their pets. She previously worked at small animal general practices in Cambridge and Holliston and is happy to find a new home here in Westborough.

Dr. Andreassi attended Wellesley College where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. In 2012 she obtained a Master of Science degree in Animals and Public Policy from Tufts University, where her area of focus was animal welfare and the human animal bond. She graduated from Tufts University’s Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 and received the AAHA award for excellence in primary care.

Dr. Maddie graduated from Colorado State University in 2017 with a Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences. She then graduated Washington State University Veterinary School in May 2023. Dr. Maddie is very passionate about working together with pet families to create and provide a health plan that ensures quality care for every pet over a lifetime.

Dr. Held graduated from the University of Maryland in 2015 with Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science. He then graduated from Tufts Veterinary School in 2019 with interests in small animal community medicine, surgery, and dentistry. He believes in tailoring veterinary care specifically to the needs of each individual pet/owner regardless of their socioeconomic background.
Veterinary Technicians

Katy has been working as a veterinary technician since 2003. She keeps herself very busy with pet sitting and taking care of her two children, Patrick and Nora. She takes great pleasure enjoying her partner’s cooking and traveling home to Scotland to see her family.

Laurelyn graduated from Gordon College with a Bachelors degree in Biology in 2018. She spends her free time going on adventures with her rescue dog, Koda, and her horse Jackson.

Kaejah knew she wanted to be in the veterinary field since the age of five. She started her journey as a veterinary receptionist 6 years ago & worked her way up to becoming a veterinary technician, first specializing in exotics and integrative medicine. Kaejah is passionate in her work & tries to make every patient happy. She is often referred to as the animal whisperer, as she is intuitive to animals' behaviors & emotions. Kaejah aspires to pursue her certification as a CVT.

Glen obtained a B.A. in Biology & Psychology from Aurora University. His career has included a variety of animal related positions- from dolphin training/medical care to Tufts oncology. He shares his home with his wife, 2 kids, 2 dogs and cat.

Katie has worked at Healthy Paws for 3 years. Prior to joining our team, Katie worked with animals her whole life including at a research lab, a zoo, and her first job in a barn at age 10. In her free time she can be found spending time with her cat, Grover, and working towards her aspirations to attend vet school!

Morgan graduated from Fitchburg State University in 2018 and has worked in medical offices ever since. She has 2 years of experience in veterinary medicine and enjoys Pugs & Pomeranians the most. In her free time, Morgan is found spending time with her birds and going to rock concerts.

After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in veterinary technology in 2020, Jessica passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam (VTNE). Jessica enjoys spending time with her Pit Bull, Poppy.

Alisha graduated from Becker College with a Bachelor in Veterinary Technology. Before joining the Healthy Paws team she worked at Idexx as a specimen processor. She spends her free time with her adorable pitbull, Bernadette.


GenaAnn is a Veterinary Technician at Healthy Paws who is passionate about animal care and wellbeing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife with a minor in Zoology, bringing a strong background in animal science to her work with patients and their families. Known for her friendly and compassionate approach, GenaAnn enjoys building connections with both pets and their owners. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time practicing archery.

Abbie graduated from the University of Maine in 2025 with a BS in animal and veterinary sciences. She has always had a passion for animals and in her spare time she relaxes and cuddles with her dog, Gucci.

Sarah has been working in veterinary medicine for the past few years. With a lifetime of animal handling experience, she has a special passion for helping nervous animals feel more comfortable and for supporting pets and their families through difficult moments with compassion and care.



Practice Manager

Lucille started at Healthy Paws in 2021, bringing over 20 years of veterinary experience to our team. She returned to school later in life and was able to obtain a bachelor's degree in accounting a few years ago, and she is currently working to become a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager. When not at work, Lucille enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three sons. They also share their home with their dog Banna and Zuko the cockatoo.
Client Care Specialists

Laura has worked in small animal veterinary medicine since 2004. Laura's experience includes animals of all sizes. She previously managed a horse farm, and she now shares her home with her dog, cat and rats.

Drew has been working as a veterinary receptionist for 5 years. In her free time she helps around her family's farm and goes on adventures with her rescue dog Swazie.

Amanda has worked with animals since she was 15. She worked in a zoo before moving to a clinic setting. When she is not working, she is kept busy by her wobbly dog and fluffy cat.

Hello, I my name is Rebecca, one of the receptionists at Healthy Paws. I have been part of the Healthy Paws family for a little over a year, but I have been working with pets for several years. I have in total two cats Wobbles (in the picture) and Marley along with one bunny, Ellie. Marley didn't want to be in the picture but thankfully she was willing to take this picture of Wobbles and me.
