Healthy Paws EMERGENCY Service Policy Minimize
During Office Hours- All patients requiring emergency care shall be seen and will receive priority over scheduled appointments

Please try to call ahead to alert us you have a critical pet (however, we realize in some cases this may not be possible.)
Triage- all patients will be assessed by a doctor or technician as soon as they arrive
Emergency care will be initiated in attempt to stabilize critical patients
Diagnostic, treatment, & referral options will be discussed with clients as soon as possible when their pets are critical
Stable patients will be fit into the appointment schedule as soon as possible

After-hours Emergencies- Unfortunately, most pets decide it is much more fun to swallow the pantyhose, cut their paw, or tangle with the auto after hours, on a weekend, or even better on a national holiday! In the event you have an after hours emergency, please call one of the following Veterinary Emergency Hospitals which are open 24/7. Our website contains links to the hospital websites & directions.
